In the end, what will remain for us?

Game modding was by nature a handmade activity, communities were built entirely around it to celebrate. AI took that and reduced it to mass generation of content in seconds (and of course people are happy about the endless opportunities of mass generation!)

There was also the math case. It is so fun to study to try to understand things, theorize about stuff, and create new things, and not get babysitted by a chatbot giving you the response right away without you thinking a second time about it.

Watching a math case video, the guy said something like "Imagine growing up in a world where you are constantly being told that whatever problem you are working on, an AI will probably solve it before you even start understanding it. What does that do to your motivation?"

This stuff gets me thinking, what will we do when the AI does everything?

When the computer mass generates the art we want instantly, understanding meaning. When new bleeding-edge software is made everyday in seconds, leaving us from thinking about logic problems or coding. When they now know everything about every area of knowledge so studying is for idiots. When we get replaced by robots in the workplace and don't have to work anymore (won't happen). What piece of the cake will remain for us?

Maybe we will be Happy, getting into the Evangelion canon ending. I don't know. We'll probably be skeletons by the time AI takes over the world (if we don't kill it) so it doesn't matter.
